Frosta Fjordbuer

Cod, pollack and saithe are among the main fish due to the structurally rich underwater landscape immediately in front of Frosta. Especially the big haddock and dogfish are repeatedly mentioned by the guests in the catch reports. Targeted trolling along the edges of the bank often brought good sea trout into the boat. Anglers will find it particularly pleasant that in the immediate vicinity of the houses there are several sandbanks in the otherwise quite deep Trondheimfjord - it is no exaggeration to say that Frosta is one of the most interesting places in our program, especially in terms of the expected biodiversity. You should definitely try the delicious fruits from the strawberry fields near the houses. If you consider that here in the summer the sun shines between 16-20 hours a day on the plantations (when it does shine), you can perhaps imagine the high quality of Frosta's fruit. Children can develop freely here, romp around on the trampoline or watch the crabs in the mudflats - there is so much to discover here.
