Horse riding

Vågen Gård offers horse riding in varied terrain, easy, challenging and demanding tours. Up to three people can participate. The horses are of breeds Shetland and Icelandic horses, and are well trained for the mission. All tours are with leader/guide.

Full-day, about 5 hours, up to the mountain, with lunch break at lake Vassdalvannet. Trip reserved for experienced riders.
Half-day, about 2.5 hours included lunch break, in the surrounding area. This trip fits all.
1 hour trip around the lake Vågvannet.
Instruction by a riding teacher is offered when riding on an arena.
We also offer tours by carriage.
All activities costs NOK 200 per hour.
