Lost luggage
Lost baggage
If you have lost your checked baggage
Please contact the airport staff in the arrivals hall and report that your baggage is missing by presenting the baggage tag. Make a note of the reference number (PIR) with which the report was recorded.
If no staff are present at the airport counter, please use the airline's preferred method for reporting lost baggage (airline online form/app). Din Tur AS is not authorised to report lost baggage on your behalf.
Below you will find the website where you can report lost baggage in case it is not possible to report at the airport:
Please note:
We recommend that you report lost or damaged baggage to the respective airline immediately in order to be able to make any claims for reimbursement.
Reimbursement can be made for expenses incurred for the purchase of necessary hygiene articles, among other things. The amount of reimbursement depends on the airline. It is also important to keep the receipts. We also recommend that you check your travel insurance for further reimbursements.
It is also important to inform Din Tur AS after reporting the lost luggage if you have booked your flight through us, so that we can support you in the further process and remedy any further shortcomings.
We are available for you around the clock at +47 740 73 000 and via e-mail flights@dintur.no . Please always quote your contract number and provide us with the reference number (PIR) for the reported baggage.
