On Friday, May 15, 2020, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued an extended travel advice that applies to all trips from foreign countries until August 20, 2020. At the same time, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that a new assessment of travel advice in the Nordic countries will come by June 15 and to neighboring European countries by 20. July.

We understand that there is a great deal of uncertainty surrounding this advice, and that the wording can create unpredictability among our customers. we are sorry about that, but asure you that all customers affected by these cancellations will be contacted by us in priority order by email. Here you will get information about the cancellation and the opportunities and rights you have as a customer according to The Package Travel Act § 22. We will monitor the situation and contact all customers who have arrival date 14 days away to offer you to change dates of your trip or to get a voucher refund. In other words, you do not need to contact us - we will contact you!
